Please follow the procedures below to register in Oxfam Trailwalker Japan 2010.

It is possible to register even if you do not have four members at the time of registration by submitting the team leader information.
However, only teams of four can be permitted to compete, so you must have four members at least until 9th April, 2010 and inform the Trailwalker Office.

Please do not fail to read the "Instruction for Registration" when you proceed to registration procedure.

Fill out the "Registration Form", and press the send button.

There are two ways of paying your registration fee (60,000JPY).

Fill in your credit card information on the "Registration fee payment" webpage.

Transfer the registration fee (60,000JPY) at Japan Post Bank or Post Office. Attach a copy of the receipt to the "Registration Fee Payment Form", and send them to us by fax.

Completed! You will receive "Confirmation of Team Registration" by email.

Please inform the Oxfam Trailwalker Office of all participating team members' information by 9th April, 2010.
Any changes after the 10th April, a processing fee of 2,000 JPY/person will be incur.
Please pay the amendment fee on the event day (23rd April) at the reception desk.

Please use the Member addition/change form on our website to add/change the team member information.

In the event of an emergency during the event, we will alert you with information via your phone mail address.
Please send your phone mail addresses (2 or more per team) to trailwalker@oxfam.jp by 9th April using the form below.
