To Oxfam Trailwalker Japan 2011 participants and to those concerned

Oxfam Japan has been monitoring the situation after the earthquake on the 11th March with all concerned parties at the Oxfam Trailwalker Japan 2011 event site as well as disaster risk management specialists. At this moment we believe that all walkers and volunteers will be able to participate safely. If the circumstance changes before the event date, we will make an announcement to let you know after a through evaluation of the situation.

We will hold the event from 13th to 15th of May, and there is no change for other scheduled dates including fundraising deadlines (25th April, 15th July).

Your continued cooperation to make Oxfam Trailwalker Japan 2011 a success will be much appreciated.
